Answer

While the library does not sell books from the shelved collection, we do have books for sale that came to the library as donations, or are second, third, etc. copies of popular titles that the librarians decided to remove from our system once demand for these titles tapered off.

These titles can be found on the book shelves located between the Special Collections Department and the movie collection, or in the Library Foundation Gift Store.

The Friends of the Library also sponsor a quarterly book sale at the Newbury Park Branch that is always very popular.

The Reference Desks at both libraries will have the exact dates for these events once they are are selected.
