My account says I need to see a Librarian.  What do I do next?

When your library account directs you to speak with a librarian, please call us at 805-449-2660, option 4, or email us from Ask a Librarian, at https://asktolnow.tolibrary.org/

You will need to provide your library barcode number and a brief description of the issue or concern.  We will be happy to help you get the issue corrected.
