Q. My books are still showing as checked out after I returned them

If you’ve recently returned items that had been checked out from the Thousand Oaks Library, thank you!

It may take 3-4 days after return for items to check in.  Items are backdated to the date they were returned once they are checked in.

If more than two weeks pass and the item still does not show as checked in, please contact us and provide your name, library card number and the title of the book in question.
