I placed some holds, and some items say "Check Shelf" when can I come and pick them up from curbside service?
You will receive an email letting you know when holds are ready to pick up. Please check your spam/junk email folder, even if you have received email from us before.
If you think you might have missed your notification, please check your account online.
To see all the titles you have on hold, please go to "My Account" You will need to have your Thousand Oaks Library card number handy, and your PIN to sign in.
You will see any pending holds under the "Holds" tab.
You will see holds that are ready for pickup under the "Checkouts" tab.
