If you placed your hold from the Library Catalog and see that your hold is ready in "My Account" you may not have downloaded Libby yet - Please see Ebooks & More and scroll down to the Libby icon for instructions on downloading the app and setting up your account. As of 5/4/23 the Overdrive app will no longer allow you to borrow books or place holds - you will need to download the Libby app to continue borrowing ebooks.

If you received an email notification from Libby / Overdrive, but you do not see your Hold when you click the link in email, please try logging out of Libby and logging back in.  When you log back in your hold(s) should reappear if they are still active.  If you may have placed the hold when signed in with your phone number - cel phone accounts are temporary and may have expired.  Please come to the library or contact us on Ask-a-Librarian to merge an expired cel account with your library card.

You have 3 days to pick up Libby / Overdrive holds.  If you were not able to pick up your holds before they expired, please go to Libby and select the "Deliver Later" option and get back on hold for the title.
