In 2024, the Thousand Oaks and Newbury Park Libraries have the following planned closures / hours changes:

January 1 2024 New Year's Day both libraries are closed

January 15 2024 Martin Luther King Jr. Day - both libraries are closed

February 19 2024 Presidents' Day - both libraries are closed

March 14, 2024 TO Library only closes early at 5:30 pm, due to a scheduled SCE power outage. 

March 31 2024 Easter - both libraries are closed

May 5 2024 Chili Cookoff Day - both libraries are closed

May 27 2024 Memorial Day - both libraries are closed

July 4 2024 Independence Day - both libraries are closed

September 2 2024 Labor Day - both libraries are closed

November 11 2024 Veterans' Day - both libraries are closed

November 28 & 29 2024 Thanksgiving - both libraries are closed

December 25 2024 Christmas Day - both libraries are closed
