In 2026, the Thousand Oaks and Newbury Park Libraries have the following closures / hours changes:
January 1 - closed for New Year's Day
January 19 - closed for Martin Luther King Jr. Day
February 16 - closed for Presidents' Day
May 3 - TO location closed for Chili Cookoff Day - Newbury Park will be open 12-5
May 25 - closed for Memorial Day
July 4 - closed for the 4th of July
September 7 - closed for Labor Day
November 11 - closed for Veterans' Day
November 26 - closes early at 5:00 pm.
November 26 and 27 - closed for Thanksgiving
December 24 - closes early at 5:00 pm.
December 25 - closed for Christmas
