Q. Newbury Park Hold Lockers

When you arrive at the Newbury Park Hold Lockers and scan your library card, and you know you have more than one item to pick up, please read the screen - there will be options there that include: 

"Select All" 

Please click this option to open all of your holds lockers at once.

If you think you might have missed an item, please log in to the computer screen at the lockers again, and review your options and click "Select All" 

Sometimes holds do not all come to the lockers at exactly the same time, and may be placed in separate lockers.  Also if one item is very large, additional items may not fit in one lockers.
