Magazines can be borrowed once they are 3 months old.  Usually, they will get a sticker that says "Circulating" to show that they can be checked out.  They check out for four weeks.  All of our magazine titles are listed in the Library Catalog.

See https://www.tolibrary.org/services/about-us/library-policies/borrower-services for details.

We also have access to emagazine copies of many popular titles, in several languages.  See Libby to search for titles. https://www.tolibrary.org/virtual-library/download

Consumer Reports is available online through EBSCO, see Consumer Reports to get access - you will need your library card number and PIN.
