Q. Can I eat or drink in the library?

Patrons may eat and drink in designated areas of the library buildings.  Please limit food and beverages to the area next to the vending machines and in the courtyard at the Thousand Oaks Grant R. Brimhall Library, and in the Lobby of the Newbury Park Library.  In other areas of the libraries, please enjoy water or soft drinks in covered containers.

There are vending machines adjacent to the eating areas in both libraries.  There is no coffee machine available at either library, but there are soft drinks and water in the vending machines.   

Please do not eat in the Business Centers, you may enjoy water or soft drinks in covered containers.

Please be careful and dispose of all trash properly in waste receptacles.  

Alcohol may not be consumed on the premises of either library.
