Q. How can I find help on using Libby?

Libby is very easy to install and use, please see our Ebooks & More page if you haven't already installed Libby, and scroll down untill you see the app. When you have installed the app, you will use the set up menu (see the three lines in the center of the graphic on your Libby screen) to add a library (Thousand Oaks) and then to input your library card number and library PIN.

You can search for titles using the Q search link (looks like a magnifying glass or Q on the lower left of the Libby Screen) you can also browse by category.

If you find your holds or bookshelf does not have titles you think you should have - please 

• Check you are logged in to the correct library under "Manage Cards" 
• Clear the cache on your device and reopen Libby
