Q. I didn't get a reply to my question

If more than 24 hours have passed, there may have been an error. 

Please check the following:

• Spam or junk folder in your email - add our email address to your contacts - ask@tolibrary.libanswers.com
• Suppressed texts for unknown caller on your cel phone - add 805-253-2906 to your contacts. 
• Hours of the Library System - we cannot always reply on weekends, after hours or during library closed days.
• If you sent an image or copy/pasted from a screen, it may not be visible on our system.  Please type the information you wish to send.
• Check that you did not make a typo in your own email address when you sent the original message
