In the Thousand Oaks Grant R. Brimhall Library, the Meeting Rooms are as follows:

Marvin Smith Community Room and the Business Center are on the Adult side of the Library, and are accessed via the glassed in entry area.  The Technology Training Room is on the Children's side, in the hallway near the entrance.  The Children's Program Room is at the northwest side of the Children's Library, near the Aquarium.

The Newbury Park Meeting Rooms are as follows:

The Meeting Room is in the Newbury Park Lobby, just to your right as you come in the front doors.  The Newbury Park Business Center is at the back of the Library, near the Friends Booksale area.
