When I log in to "My Account" I can't see my holds or my checkouts.
"My Account" is missing information.
Sometimes when software is updated, it will lead to an incomplete or incorrect display - such as missing information or data when your log in to "My Account"
If this happens, please clear your Internet browser's cache to see the full information on your screen.
