Q. Can I use my phone while I am in the Library?

You may use your phone while in the library for silent use such as texting, searching or using apps, but please do not hold conversations over your phone while inside the library, unless you are in the atrium or patio areas.  

If you need to hold a video conference, conference call, Zoom meeting or other online meeting, you may be able to reserve our Conference Rooms at Newbury Park or Thousand Oaks Libraries, please call 805-449-2660, option 4 or email us at Ask-a-Librarian for reservations.

Although this is a family friendly library, where ambient noise expected in most areas, we do urge patrons to be courteous to those around them.
