I'm sorry, but we are unable to provide contact information or recommendations for any tutor services. You might try the CVUSD school district office, or Craig's List.

There are a couple of online programs in the Virtual Library that provide online tutoring, please see:

Virtual Library - Education and Test Preparation

For in-person homework tutoring by volunteers, see our Homework Help program - for K-8th graders.

For Literacy Programs - Improve reading and writing skills

The Library does offer online Learning and tutoring through our Virtual Library, Resources for K-12, and the Education and Tests page, which includes Gale's Petersons Test Prep, and EBSCO Learning Express which includes educational materials for the AP tests.

In addition to online resources, you can find books on test preparation, these are located on our Test Book shelves, under the Dewey Call number for the test.  To find the correct dewey number, use our www.tolibrary.org catalog page to search by title of the test.

Why don't we have every test?  Some test books are not in frequent use at a Public Library, such as specific course-of-study exams, and are more commonly found at College and University Libraries.  Some of these less common tests may be represented in our online collections listed above, rather than in print editions.
