Q. I get an error when I try to log in to "My Account"

Account Already Exists - Vega login error

Rare instances of a login error message that the username already exists, with this CAS error screen.   

The links/helps on the error page do not have any effect on the situation.  

If you encounter this error, please provide your library card number to Ask-A-Librarian for resolution.  This can only be fixed by the system administrator, there is no error in the library card account.
