My Kanopy is not working correctly.
Kanopy tells me that "Kanopy streaming is currently limited at my library" or that my account is limited by my library.

The temporary glitch in accessing Kanopy has been resolved 08/05/2024. If you were experiencing difficulty, please try again now.
If your Library card account has expired or has billed items on it, that may block use of your library account. You can clear this by going to your library and showing your library card, and working to make sure you are up to date and have no billed items.
If your library account is current, and there are no issues, then the message would be in error, and Kanopy troubleshooting is the best way to resolve your issue. To begin troubleshooting Kanopy, please see Kanopy HELP. Please note the type of device, your Kanopy login, and the wording of any messages received on your Kanopy account to begin troubleshooting.

There is a link on the bottom of the General Troubleshooting page, to report an issue. Use the reporting link if you are not able to resolve your issue by using the suggestions on the troubleshooting pages.
