Can I extend my hold?
My hold is ready for pickup, but I can't get there in time.

If you have received a hold pickup notice, and you will not be able to pick up the item by the expiration date please know:
- if there are no other holds on the title, we may be able to adjust the pickup date for you.
- if there are other holds on the title, we will not be able to extend your hold. If you have holds, and are going out of town, you may want to Freeze your hold, so it does not come due while you are away. Once the item shows as "Ready for Pickup" it cannot be frozen.
