How to Reserve Business Centers

1. Choose a Business Center location to start the reservation process.

  • Select the appropriate location to begin the reservation:

2. Click on Go to Date. Navigate to the desired reservation date.

3. Choose the desired time slot highlighted in green. In this example, the time requested is 1:00 p.m. - 1:15 p.m., highlighted in yellow.15 minutes block


4. Set Reservation End Time
Two hours booking

  • Use the drop-down menu under the timeline to select the end time.
  • Example: Reservation could be from 1:00 p.m. – 2:45 p.m.
  • Reservation Limits:
    • Up to 3 hours per day
    • Up to 6 bookings per month
    • Bookings are allowed up to 30 days in advance

5. Select Continue.

You will be required to sign in with your 14-digit library card number and PIN to complete the reservation:  People who do not have cards may come to the information desk and see if the Business Center is free to use without an appointment. Or, you can complete sigh up for your permanent library card, and make a reservation for future dates.

6. Once you are signed in, you can Review Booking Details and User Agreement, and select Continue.

  • Read the User Agreement, then click "Continue."

Step 7 Complete the booking

  • Enter the required information.
  • Click "Submit My Request."

7.  You will receive a confirmation of Booking, which shows your reservation details and asks you to check for email confirmation.

8. Please follow the instructions in the email to verify your reservation. 

9. You will receive a confirmation email with a Check In code and SmartLock PIN.

Day of Reservation

1. When you arrive for your reservation, use the Check In code in your confirmation email to check-in online, or you can go to the Information Desk and check in with staff. The reservation will be canceled if you do not show up within 15 minutes of the scheduled reservation. 

2. Use the SmartLock PIN to unlock the Business Center door (TO location only). 

3. Check out of the room online or with staff at the Information Desk after your booking ends. Please be sure to turn off the lights and close the door fully as you leave.
