Q. How can I see more details about a book or other item I have found in the library catalog?
I need details about the book edition or description that are not in the brief record shown in Vega.
Vega has now added more information about the title you have found.
From your search result, for example, if I search "twelfth night"
Click on the "Edition Information" link towards the bottom of the record, and you will see a new pane open with a longer description of the item:
If this still isn't quite enough information, you can click on the button labelled "Details"
a larger panel will open with the details of the item:
If you still need more information, or if you need a full bibliographic record, click on the "Full MARC Record" link at the upper right corner, and you will see all of the cataloging information for this item.
