Yes.  DVD and Blu-Ray rental is a popular service at the Thousand Oaks Library and the Newbury Park branch Library.  The collection is large and the selections include classic and contemporary films as well as a wide variety of educational and documentary subjects.  About half of the collection consists of popular contemporary and classic Feature Films that may be checked out for a fee by library card holders who are 18 years or older.  Patrons under age 18 may check out only non-fiction, Children, Disney, and J videos/DVDs.

To see a current borrowing limits and fees to check out videos, please review the library's Borrower Services policy.
