In 2023, the Thousand Oaks and Newbury Park Libraries have the following planned closures / hours changes:

December 24-25 Christmas Eve and Christmas Day both libraries closed

December 26-30 both libraries are open reduced hours 12 noon - 5:00 pm

December 31 New Year's Eve both libraries are closed. 

January 1 2024 New Year's Day both libraries are closed.
