Q. How long does a book / movie / audiobook check out?

Loan Periods and renewals

Most items other than movies and special items check out for four (4) weeks. 

Most New materials check out for two weeks.

Renewals are for one-half of the original loan period.  Renewals may not be available if the item has holds on it.

We are now a Fine Free Library, so you will not see a daily fee for overdue items, however, you will get a Billing Notice for the replacement costs for items that do not come back.  If you see a Billing notice, please bring the item to the Circulation Desk in good condition, and the fees will be waived.
