Q. How can I apply for a job with the library, or the City of Thousand Oaks?

Employment Applications may also be obtained from City Hall, Human Resources Department, 2100 Thousand Oaks Blvd.; Thousand Oaks, CA 91362, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Thursday, and every other Friday. Applications also may be obtained by calling 805-449-2144.
