7. Operating System (e.g. Windows 7 or MAC OS 10.4)
8. Browser (e.g. Firefox, Internet Explorer)
9. Software Application (e.g. Adobe Digital Edition, Kindle App, etc.)
10. Device (e.g. Galaxy Tablet, iPad, or others)
