First, please confirm that you have created an account with the library’s RBdigital website.
 
Second, please confirm that you have selected the correct region. To confirm this information, with the RBdigital Mac Media Manager selected, click on RBdigital in the upper-left-hand corner of the screen and select “Preferences” from the drop-down menu. Confirm that the region is set correctly and close the screen.
