Q. When can I pick up my Holds from curbside service?

I have placed a hold on a book that shows as available (Check Shelf) at the library?  How can I tell when it is ready to pick up?


You should receive an email notice or phone call letting you know that your books are ready for curbside pickup.

If you see a status of "IN LIBRARY" or "PENDING" in the library catalog, this means that the items have not yet been processed for a hold.

You may also check "My Account" from the Library website. Items that are NOT ready will appear in the "Holds" tab.  Items that ARE ready for curbside pickup will appear in the "Checkouts" tab.  Items are pre-checked out to you to allow contactless curbside pickup of items.
