My Digital Card expired, can I sign up again online?
If your card was a Full-Access 14-digit card, and you've gotten a notice that it is expired, you do not need to create a new account, please just come in to either library and renew by showing your library card and current ID.
If you had a 7-digit Digital card, yes, you can create a new account online if the old one is deleted. Please note that any previous account details, such as pending holds or checkout history won’t carry over. To avoid any interruptions in service, we recommend visiting the Thousand Oaks Library or Newbury Park Library to switch to a Full-Access card before your digital card expires.
