  1. Items with a hold or outstanding request.
  2. Items that have reached their renewal limit, two times for most materials.
  3. Accounts with fees that exceed $20.
  4. Expired accounts.
  5. Digital items, such as eBooks, eAudiobooks, streaming movies/music.
  6. Non-renewable materials such as Book Club in a Box, or per day use materials such as Feature DVDs or Blu-Ray discs.
  7. Interlibrary Loan (ILL) items.
  8. Zip Books
