You don’t need to live in Thousand Oaks, Ventura County, or California to get a card, anybody can sign up. Please be aware that digital cards will expire after 90 days unless you convert them to a physical card. To avoid any interruptions in service, we recommend visiting the Thousand Oaks Library or Newbury Park Library to switch to a physical card before your digital card expires.
